Over the course of her career, Paula worked her way from customer care roles to executive leadership, gaining a deep, firsthand understanding of the healthcare system that only comes from decades of real-world experience.
A proud Philadelphia native, Paula earned her undergraduate degree from Jefferson University and her Master of Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University, giving her a strong academic foundation to complement her decades of real-world healthcare experience.
Based in the Philadelphia region, Paula specializes in serving clients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central and Southern New Jersey. In these communities and beyond, she works with individuals and families across PA and NJ, bringing the same personalized, independent Medicare guidance to every client, wherever they call home.
