Paula Segal, MHA, founded ClearGuide Advisors after more than 20 years in employer benefits, including C-suite roles leading benefits strategy, cost containment, and compliance. That work gave her an inside view of how health plans are designed and administered, and where things can go wrong without skilled guidance and client advocacy.
She now serves individuals and families in Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs, along with South and Central New Jersey, as an independent Medicare advisor and insurance broker. The same dedication she brought to her corporate and Taft-Hartley clients now shapes the guidance she offers each person navigating Medicare today.

Over the course of her career, Paula worked her way from customer care roles to executive leadership, gaining a deep, firsthand understanding of the healthcare system that only comes from decades of real-world experience.
A proud Philly native, Paula earned her undergraduate degree from Jefferson University and her Master of Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University, giving her a strong academic foundation to complement her decades of real-world healthcare experience.
Based in the Philadelphia region, Paula specializes in serving clients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central and Southern New Jersey.
